Shipping Services

Most of our packages ship via USPS, orders under 1 lb may ship via Ground Advantage and may take up to 7 business days to arrive to its destination. Orders over 1 lb may ship via USPS Priority Mail and may take 1-4 business days to arrive.  Large orders may ship via USPS, UPS or FEDEX with different shipping delivery timeframes and pricing, contact us for a customized fee based on volume of the order. Please note that you may upgrade your shipping service after placing the order by paying for the difference as long as we have not shipped the item. At checkout there will be several options for shipping, if there is an express option or you would like to get a personalized shipping fee for a large order please feel free to reach out to us. 

LOCAL ORDERS

If you are located in the RGV (Donna-McAllen-Edinburg) area you may be able to pick up your order at a partner location or your order could be delivered. Please note that the availability of this service is subject to change. Local deliveries may incur a small fee.

Packages Returned to Sender

We do not accept returns without prior request. If a package is returned to sender for having the incorrect address (but was provided by customer incorrectly) the customer will have to pay shipping fee again in order for us to ship again. If for any reason there was an error on the address on our behalf, and customer provided the correct address,  the item will be reshipped at no cost to customer.
